We have a 7 day refund & reprint policy!

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not because of a poor quality file. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

For orders including DTF Transfers or UV DTF PermaStickers, please ensure you followed the design requirements correctly.

Also be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Disable user accounts.
